Paul is an Architect with a broad range of international project experience on convention centers, mixed-use developments and sustainable design.  He is in charge of the operations for the Middle East and North Africa practice of tvsdesign and is based in Dubai, UAE.    

Paul joined tvsdesign in 2005 and has since worked on a full-range of projects. He has experience implementing sustainable design strategies in projects including multimillion square foot convention center facilities in the United States and China.  His experience includes custom façade detailing of glazed curtainwall systems, architectural cladding systems, as well as vegetated roof systems and waterproofing.  This knowledge coupled with a command of building analysis software allow him to simulate and refine these systems through performance analysis.  Paul has worked on the LEED® certification of numerous projects and has a passion for creating healthy high performance buildings.

Paul is a graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design with a Master of Architecture degree and a member of Tau Sigma Delta, the International Honor Society for Architecture and Allied Arts.  Paul is a co-founder of the Savannah chapter of the US Green Building Council.  He currently serves on the board for the AIA Middle East chapter as Director of Continuing Education.
