Ms. Hasan studied architecture at University of Khartoum and gained a Master in the City from The University of Edinburgh. A LEED Green Associate, Ms. Hasan has practiced as an architect for companies in both Bahrain and Sudan, in projects that vary from interior to urban planning.

Suha's interest in research has led her to work at the University of Bahrain as an architecture Instructor. Her research interests are; social Architecture, mutations of buildings and cities, writings in the city, divided Cities, city Identities, creative cities and qualitative research methods.
